Ingredients
2 cups full-fat milk
10–12 Saffron Merchant saffron strands
1–2 tsp honey or sugar
A pinch of cardamom (optional)
Few crushed almonds/pistachios
Preparation

Soak saffron strands in 2 tbsp warm milk for 10–15 minutes.

Bring milk to a gentle simmer.
